Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I kept writing them and sending pictures until someone at least replaced it.
They sent me a new curling iron. The same one. Like I want to use that again after what happened.
It's better then nothing. It took week after week to get help with this but I kept trying.
I have been writing conair about this situation and all I keep getting is passed from one person to another if I even get a response back. I am shocked a big company like conair would treat people like this.
Not even a sorry. Rediculas.
Preferred solution: A new curling iron.

I've tried so many times to get help but I still have received nothing. I've been told multiple times a supervisor would call and hasn't.
One customer service rep actually hung up on me when I asked for his name. They're a joke
Literally disgusting customer service.
I purchased a curling iron within the last year. It stopped working after 6 months and I placed a claim for a replacement. The last time I spoke with someone on the phone they actually hung up on me when I asked for their name. On June 29th 2022 I was told my replacement would be here within 8-18 business days.
I reached out on August 2nd, 24 business days after I was told it was shipping and was told it was "processing" and to wait. I emailed again and and asked to be told when I would receive my product and asked for this to be escalated. I was told AGAIN it was "processing" and to wait, no answer to my request for an escalation. I again sent another email and it has now been 36 business days since I was told it was shipping and I cannot get any support or even a response from the person who has been communicating with me about this.
I'm disgusted by the customer service and how difficult it is to speak with someone.
I've been using these products for years and feel incredibly disrespected. The person i've been communicating with is signing off "KC" no other identifiers.
