Part of order missing

No metal pins to hold rollers in place. After I received order found out through reading reviews not the only one this has happened to. Trying to reach customer support is a nightmare.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I kept writing them and sending pictures until someone at least replaced it.

They sent me a new curling iron. The same one. Like I want to use that again after what happened.

It's better then nothing. It took week after week to get help with this but I kept trying.

I have been writing conair about this situation and all I keep getting is passed from one person to another if I even get a response back. I am shocked a big company like conair would treat people like this.

I have a conair curling iron and as I was doing my 9 year old daughter's hair the Screw fell out and burned her all over her foot where it landed. She is now petrified to use anything in her hair now. I am furious that your products would do this! Honestly who fills out a warranty or keeps the receipt for a curling iron.? Nobody I talked to! I cant seem to talk to anyone from conair about this either. I should at least get a new curling iron sent to me and a sorry!!!

I complied with all the request to replace my curling iron and I received an acknowledgement. Ten days later and 5 customer service calls I was told I had to re submit. Very frustrating but again I complied.

Burning smell - problems with usage

Hello. I acquired the Conair CS922NC Double Ceramic 1 1/2" Flat Iron Straightener a month ago via Amazon. I must say I love the design and how fast it heats up. But since the second time I used it, I noticed a foul smell from the moment I turn it on. I would describe it as a burning smell (cables, or something similar) It worries me to the point that I don't feel calm using it. Amazon told me to contact you for customer support. At this point, I need to know my options as a customer and I appreciate your help and guidance.

Melted hair setter

I plugged in my hairsetter.Shortly after I tried to set my hair the rollers were so hot they burned my scalp.As I pulled rollers out of the setter I saw a white wax like substance dripping out and some rollers Stuck to the hairsetter. Other rollers came apart.When I contacted the company their reply was do I have the box and original guide.It is an older model and should be recalled.No compensation, explanation or discount was offered

Recently customer service contacted me and it seems I have to send them a picture of the hair dryer with a cut cord.I tend to think this is overkill as my wife will be without a hair dryer for quite awhile.Thsnks

Just to let you know I heard from Con Air they wanted pictures so I sent pictures and yet I have heard nothing since. I guess they're not going to do anything about it. So I'll no longer purchase their products. I thought getting in touch with pissed consumer would get me some results but it didn't so here I am

I purchased a Conair steamer, pad and mitt. No user instructions with pad - could not figure out how to adjust so called Conair. Was told my pad MAY be faulty but probably not adjustable. You kindly sent a replacement pad. However I have returned the steamer, pad and mitt to Amazon since they are unsatisfactory. Since I no longer need the replacement pad, if you send a return paid label via email I will gladly return. Thank you Alan

I've tried so many times to get help but I still have received nothing. I've been told multiple times a supervisor would call and hasn't.

One customer service rep actually hung up on me when I asked for his name. They're a joke

UPDATE: I have received no attempt at contact. No replies and no resolution.

Literally disgusting customer service.
I purchased a curling iron within the last year. It stopped working after 6 months and I placed a claim for a replacement. The last time I spoke with someone on the phone they actually hung up on me when I asked for their name. On June 29th 2022 I was told my replacement would be here within 8-18 business days.

I reached out on August 2nd, 24 business days after I was told it was shipping and was told it was "processing" and to wait. I emailed again and and asked to be told when I would receive my product and asked for this to be escalated. I was told AGAIN it was "processing" and to wait, no answer to my request for an escalation. I again sent another email and it has now been 36 business days since I was told it was shipping and I cannot get any support or even a response from the person who has been communicating with me about this.

I'm disgusted by the customer service and how difficult it is to speak with someone.

I've been using these products for years and feel incredibly disrespected. The person i've been communicating with is signing off "KC" no other identifiers.

Warranty Claim

I purchase a Conair 289RNC Mobile Styler 1875W, Purple, from Amazon on July 3rd, 2022. It has since stopped working and will not turn on. There has been no damage to the unit and it has been used as normal for a month now. There is clearly an electrical defect preventing it from turning on now. Please help.
