“lifetime bulb” burned out

Purchased makeup mirror about 3 years ago with a lifetime fluorescent bulb. Bulb has burned out and customer service wont do anything since they have discontinued this mirror. I had used Conair brand for many years, but will never buy their brand again.

Because back in January of this year I purchased one of your company hair straightener the white that temperature goes up to 410 at Walgreens - I had used my friends before n love it so had get my own, well it just stopped working n it broke my heart well my boyfriend went and bought me the same exact sraightner 10$cheaper at dollar general last month..then today the new just stops heating up. This time I had my receipt and the box n took it back to dollar general where I was told they couldn't return it because it looked used, of course it does I used it but it was just bout less month ago it should work but it's not they refused to return my item n I was told contact Conair ...my problem is most people won't have purpose two n less yr because the producy just stops working i have natural curly hair n straighting my hair for work is a necessary but I dont make much money n.barley get buy n i cant afford to buy yet a third one.

I've had go work with frizzy hair which has really tested my self esteem n that has effected my job as much as I love your products I'm seriously think about switching to different brand that will last longer .it just makes me up service spent &50 on things that didn't last a yr now I'm out product n money if u have ? I bought a heat wrap for neck and body and it barely gets warm!! Very heavy. On the 2nd use the material burned and beads fell out!! Microwaveable. $35.89 Junk product!

First, let me say that I LOVE my Conair iron. (1875 Watt Steam Iron).

I'm not sure when we purchased the iron, but it was within the last 3 years. I LOVED the weight of it. I LOVED the steam feature, the power and everything about it. I had absolutely no complaint and would have praised it up and down if anyone asked me for my opinion.

It was far more than I had ever paid for an iron, but I needed one at the time immediately and so I got it and was very pleased. Some time ago I noticed a few scorch marks on my ironing board cover. I wondered what material I had used when ironing and what could have caused it. I only iron my husband's cotton shirts, and I iron for quilting - that's all cotton as well.

More spots appeared and then my husband noted after ironing his shirt that it wasn't just scorch marks but actual holes burnt into the ironing board cover. I inspected the bottom of the iron - not the heating plate - but the part that the iron is supposed to rest on so that one does NOT scorch anything when not ironing. Upon inspection I found that *** had developed and the wire inside was not only visible but becoming torn. I have no idea how this could have happened.

I have never dropped the iron, I have used it as per the instructions, and have been very gentle with it. In fact it was STILL working perfectly, but much to my shock, had become a dangerous fire hazard. I stopped using it immediately and was forced to buy another much inferior iron as I could not afford another Conair.

I have taken pictures of the iron and my ironing board but I cannot see a way to send them in this email. I am concerned that there was a design flaw in the iron and wanted to make sure your department knew about it.

Babyliss Pro; I was sent an email with the tracking code; expected to my house in 5 days. Three days after, I checked on tracking code myself - it indicated that the label had been printed but the product did not ship.

I called, was told it would go out that night and I would get a confirmation email - Next morning - Poof/Nothing! Checked again - LABEL PRINTED - nothing more. FINALLY, when I checked again, it showed that product would arrive next Monday. Did they have to go out and buy it themselves before they shipped it?

What a bunch of baloney - you have it, you ship it. Stay away from this company.

When they say "7-10 Days", they mean, on the 10th business day after your order, we will send it. I will never do business with this company again.

Problem with Cuisinart customer support

I understand Conair owns Cuisinart. I have been trying to get a replacement carafe for one of their coffee makers. Item DGB 800 RC. The item has been backordered for 4 to 6 months. Customer support cannot give us an estimated delivery date. They were very rude and explained. We had two choices one wait or two cancel the order. After several more calls, they offered a 20% discount on a new machine because mine is just out of warranty, I dont have $200 to buy another machine that obviously cant be supported. Can you assist?

Preferred solution: Replacement carafe item number, DGB8 800 RC for my Cuisinart grind and brew coffee maker or a new coffee maker even though mine is just out of warranty time since they can’t give me an estimated delivery for a new replacement

User's recommendation: I before you buy a Cuisinart product make sure replacement parts are readily available or you could be out hundreds of dollars and have no way of making your coffee.

My model LPG1R 3.0V DC 800mA has stopped working

It wont turn on I have changed the batteries turned it off and on.for awhile it would work off and on but know it has completely stopped working. I think there is a problem with the metal piece on the left it looks dull looking and may be causing the issue because for awhile if I rotated the battery on the left side it would buzz a little.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally sent a new coffee maker.

But delay was not satisfactory and i will not recomend cuisinart. Customer service doesnt exsist

Service notification number 30304****. I started a conversation with warrenty service August 11.

Regarding coffee maker taking 30 minutes to cycle. I was se t info on a test procedure to follow. Which I did. It didnt resolve problem.

On August 21 my full name and shipping address was requested. I se t it on 21st. I heard nothing. So on 24th i inquired as to when i woll get new coffee maker Finally on 28th i get email saying i need to cut cord on coffee maker and send picture.

Then maybe 10 days later i should receive a new pot. This is not satisfzctory. I am not aiar or cheat and your coffee maker is not so great or expensive to imply that I am. The very idea that you want me to disable coffee maker so we do without coffee for 2 weeks is absurd.

Shame on you. If you are so afraid you are being cheated then send me return postage and it will be mailed back upon receipt of replacement. Are you in such financial difficulties that your warranty is false. I have never encountered such unprofessional treatment.

Have you heard of social media?? Well we will hv a field day with this treatment. I want my warranty honored and I want .y coffee maker replaced now.
I will be filing a report with the bureau of consumer affairs if this is not handled immediately.

All over a 100.00 coffee maker. Losers

Hair dryer blew up

I was drying my hair, using the con air pro porcelain series when the dryer started melting the screws and side holding the bristle attachment and also striped the color out of my hair from the heat nearly burning my skin. I purchased this product from sally beauty supply barely a month ago. I dont believe I have the receipt but I purchased it on a debit card, considering I do still enjoy using your products Im really disappointed in this one and I would like a different one In exchange.
