New ReviewerHow can you have some work and some pool work in customer service your curling iron broke down completely does not work does not conduct electricity all right I bought it eight months ago I have American Express so I can go back to that store and have them print out the receipt she claim because of the serial number it was out of warranty the serial number has nothing to do with the warranty if I was sold an older item by the store that is your responsibility and not mine because I absolutely can prove when I purchased it in addition its inconceivable that you could rule out a product refund based on the serial number that would mean that you would have to create new products every year call me at 917-242-**** because this is an electrical problem Im going to make sure that I contact not only your legal department but I will write this up online because the way I was treated was totally unprofessional in a logical my name is Maureen McGovern 917-242-**** it is 160 West End Avenue New York New York 10023.
Looking for a $25 refund if this goes further and I waste more time Ill be looking for more
